Refund Policy

At INRCup Rally Driving School, we value transparency and fairness. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course or training program.

Course Registration & Payments

  • All course fees must be paid in advance to confirm your seat.
  • Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

1. Cancellation by the Student

  • If a cancellation request is made 7 days or more before the course start date, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
  • If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the course start date, no refund will be provided.
  • Once the course has started, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If a participant does not attend the course without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by INRCup

  • If a course is canceled or rescheduled by INRCup Rally Driving School due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, safety, instructor unavailability, or technical issues), students will be given:
    • The option to reschedule to the next available batch, or
    • A refund at the discretion of management.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration fees
  • Booking or convenience fees
  • Simulator session fees (once scheduled)
  • Any third-party charges

Transfer Policy

  • Course bookings are non-transferable to another person.
  • Batch transfer may be allowed only with prior written approval from management and subject to availability.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
